Marketed under the brand name “NU Seal”, the wide range of NU Seal Gauge Hatches offered by us is used in order to prevent pressure and vacuum loss inside a tank and vapor loss in the process of measuring. These NU Seal Gauge Hatches are manufactured using non-sparking aluminum and are the kind of systems that are completely close to atmosphere. In addition, non-corrosive quality material are used to prevent joints and locks breakdowns due to petroleum vapor and weather conditions. We also make use of lid edges, which are used to eliminate leak possibility. All the connection parts are designed to be assembled in compliance with compatible flanges and their diameter ranges from 3 to 24 (inches).

The gau_hat_1 model provides access for gauging or obtaining product samples from storage tanks. These NU Seal Gauge Hatches models incorporate a positive cover hold down which assures a tight seal on tanks with internal pressure up to 2000 mm/ wg. In addition, the model also offers lock down capability and shall stay in the full open position which permits a person to use both hands during gauging or sampling procedure. The units are fabricated utilizing high grade aluminum, mild steel & stainless steel and have covers of neoprene and metal seat insert.
